After you finish the first 90%

As a former manager of mine liked to say, “After you finish the first 90% of a project, you have to finish the other 90%.”  It’s that second 90% that’s the key to success.

This is an older article and covers more than just productivity. I think what we should take way is that starting is always fun, but finishing is a rare skill. This has to be mastered before we can truly become productive.
