New Years Goals and Life Hacking

2011 was a challenging year for me on many levels. I gained some of the weight back that I had lost in 2010. I experienced professional challenges that I didn't think I would ever have to face. Toward the end of the year I have decided that I needed to reset my goals for the coming year. I know some people don't believe in setting "New Years Resolutions", but I feel it helps focus me for the coming year.
